Shipping
Shipping/Handling costs are calculated at Checkout.
We use the excellent postal services offered by Australia Post .
All goods are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
Although it is difficult to estimate, our experience has shown that most shipments
arrive at their destination within:
Domestic shipments - 2 to 7 days
International Airmail shipments - 10 to 21 days
International Economy Air shipments - 2 to 3 weeks
International Sea Mail shipments - 8 to 12 weeks.
Registration and Insurance
All orders sent to Australian addresses are shipped via Registered Post, which includes Insurance cover to A$100.00
All orders sent to Overseas addresses are shipped via the standard Australia Post Mail service.
If you require a Tracking Number for your shipment,you will need to select the Insurance Option offered at checkout.
It is extremely rare that our shipments are lost or damaged in transit. All efforts are made by us to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for Uninsured goods lost or damaged in transit.

All items are guaranteed to be in the condition stated.
